Exposition frame – Outdoor (model D)

Exposition (display) frames are used for presenting UV-printed panels (photography, pictures, graphics, presentations) in outdoor environment.

The frames are made of steel.

Description:

transportable outdoor frames, compact, disassembled for transport
steel frame, posts and crossbars assembled with screws
base made to work with concrete weights (paving) of 40x40x5 cm dimensions
display panels fixed to the frames with screws
display panels should be made of dibond composite material, one double-sided 3-4mm panel or two 3 mm one-sided panels.

Colour:

standard RAL colours: white, silver 9006, black matt, antracite 7016.

Other colours may be available by custom order, please check with us.

Transport:

to be picked up at the premises, or transported by us as an additional service (cost calculated after inquiry, depending on the destination). Transport and assembly at destination available as an additional service.

Frame parts – Outdoor model D:

steel post, 200 cm length – 2 pcs.
steel crossbar, 120 cm, 160 cm or 200 cm width – 2 pcs.
steel profile base – 1 pc
concrete weights (40x40x2 cm, amount depending on the frame size – 6 pcs. For 120 cm width, 8 pcs for 160 cm width, 10 pcs. For 200 cm width)
display panels to be purchased separately.

Display frame – Indoor model A

For displaying prints indoors on solid panels (pvc, hips, dibond), one- or two-sided displays. Light and easy to assembly. Modular construction allows for combining frames into screens.

Frame parts – Indoor model A:

anodised aluminium post, silver colour, 200 cm length, 4- or 8-sided – 2 pcs.
indoor metal base, silver colour, Ø 360 mm
anodised aluminium crossbar + locks (sets the display panel width) – 2 pcs.

What else do I need?

two UV printed display panels, extended durability, hard, stiff 3 mm panel (to be made when the client supplies us with digital printing materials or commissiones us to prepare graphic design of the panels).

Description:

Transportable, modular frames, possible to combine multiple frames into groups, creating large screens or geometric shapes, straight and zig-zagging lines. Stable metal bases.

Technical notes:

standard crossbar widths are 70, 100, 120 and 140 cm, other widths by custom order
every frame can support a custom width crossbar
lower crossbar can be adjusted for height, allowing for displays of various heights to be used with the same crossbar
anodised aluminium frames are light, easy to use and portable
the metal base can be swapped for a concrete base and the frame used as an Outdoor model A
the 8-sided posts allow for putting together several frames at various angles (every 45 degrees) and creating various shapes.

Prints:

3 mm display panel – 2 pcs

UV print in very high resolution (up to 1440 dpi), weather resistant, printed on a hard, stiff panel. Two panels per frame (both prints can be reused after displaying).

Panel materials available:

- HIPS 3 mm (white, glossy)
- Dibond aluminium composite 3 mm (white, glossy or matt)
- PVC foamboard

HIPS and dibond are the most popular and the most damage-resistant materials for both indoor and outdoor use. For indoor use, a more economic choice is PVC 3 mm foamboard (economy).

6 mm display panel printed on both sides – 1 pc.

UV print in very high resolution (up to 1440 dpi), weather resistant, printed on a hard, stiff panel.

Panel materials available:

- PVC foamboard 6 mm (white matt with texture)
