UV Printing Services
We use a Canon OCE Arizona 350 GT UV plotter.
Description:
UV printing is a technique using UV light to harden the ink. These types of ink are vastly more resistant to weather than standard solvent inks. UV prints do not need to dry out and can be further processed (cutting, milling into shapes, gluing, packaging). This modern technology produces pictures of highest quality, very resistant to wear and tear, and can be printed onto many various materials. UV printing is often the only way to print on a material, rather than on adhesive foils put on its surface. This lets us use the material's texture, colour (or transparency) or other qualities to obtain an effect unique for the material in question and showcasing its character.
UV printing can be done on stiff materials, but also on flexible ones (paper, foil, canvas) by fixing the printing in with light. We can also add white groundprint on a surface (or part of the surface) to get satisfactory results on non-white or dark materials. We can also print on transparent materials (glass, acrylic glass). This gives us a whole array of options, especially for interior design.
We can print on large or small elements, and place a print precisely on the chosen area of even the most irregular elements, which lets us meet the needs of even the most exacting clients.
What materials do we print on?
PVC (foam board, hips, hard PVC, other) acrylic glass, glass (clear and coloured), PET, MDF, LDF, OSB, plywood, aluminium, paper, corrugated cardboard, single-faced corrugated cardboard, banners, adhesive foil, dibond panels and many others.
