We can print UV prints on foam board PVC - polyvinyl chloride foamed with air and water, which results in panels containing 20% and upwards PVC in their actual composition, depending on the manufacturer.

We print directly on the panels, using adhesive foil only in exceptional cases.
The material is slightly porous, which makes the prints come off slightly matt.
It's much softer than HIPS panels, meaning it's less damage resistant and can bend when force is applied.
 

PVC foam board can be milled to shape, glued with other surfaces and framed in aluminium. It's weather-resistant for up to one year.
