Foam board PVC panels are made of polyvinyl chloride foamed with air and water. The material is flexible and can bend when force is applied, but the low cost makes them a popular choice for advertising and information signs. Can be cut to shape and glued with other materials.

Foam board panels come in many thicknesses:

They come in white (slightly porous surface), some thicknesses can come in black, anthracite, grey, yellow or red.
