At Metaloplastyka Marian Ostrowski, we perform CNC milling on a modern Infotec machine with a working area of 1500 × 2000 mm and a spindle power of 2.8 kW, ensuring high accuracy and clean edges for every project.

Our technology allows us to cut along any shape based on supplied vector files or prepared designs. We produce custom lightboxes, letters, engraved panels, and irregular prints with graphics. Milling is ideal for both small-scale and serial production, guaranteeing repeatable results and smooth finishes, even for complex designs.

Processed materials

We handle a wide range of materials used in signage, exhibition systems, and product manufacturing. Our CNC milling machine works with:

  • Composite panels (Dibond, Alucobond) – ideal for signage, architectural cladding, and display panels;
  • PVC and HIPS sheets – perfect for advertising, industrial, and decorative applications;
  • Laminates and Tutor panels – used in design and construction projects;
  • Selected plywoods and MDF boards – for decorative or structural elements;
  • Polycarbonate and other soft materials – for technical and visual components.

The maximum material thickness is 50 mm, allowing us to process both thin and thick sheets with equal precision. We also perform drilling, engraving, and profiling operations for complete component preparation.
