Low stainless-steel drip tray

Low made-to-measure stainless-steel drip tray, laser-cut, bent and welded.

Material: AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel
Thickness: from 1.0 to 3.0 mm

  • min. 8 mm for sheet thickness 1.0 mm
  • min. 10 mm for sheet thickness 1.5 mm
  • min. 12 mm for sheet thickness 2.0 mm

Sealing: TIG welding + pickling

Surface finish: matt, brushed, painted.

We manufacture custom trays from AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, with several surface-finish options (matt, brushed, painted). The trays are laser-cut to size with the option of bending all four sides once or twice.
The trays can be fully welded to provide liquid-tightness or only bent to obtain the required dimensions without liquid-tightness.

The trays can be used in catering, as spill-containment trays for hazardous materials or chemicals, in hotels as covers for bathroom cabinets, and for other applications. 

Dimensions must be submitted for production feasibility verification and quotation in DXF or STP format. Please specify the exact dimensions in mm (width, length, height), sheet thickness, required surface finish (matt, brushed, RAL-colour coating), and cross-section of the bent tray.
The file should be supplied at 1:1 scale.
Files: flat DXF with bend lines marked, or 3D STP (or SolidWorks).
